Lachrimae Pavane
Dowland's 'Lachrimae pavane' written in 1596 was a popular song right across Europe in the 16th century. This instrumental version is played by Nick Moes on an oud that he made himself. The scenario was written and directed by me and was one of a series of shorts made in the 1980's and 1990's produced for sale on the international TV market.
